Here are the steps for getting your project moved from rung 0 to rung 1.

Select a contact person who will be the project's liason to Coverity.

Have that person send mail to scan-admin@coverity.com

The liason person will let project members know when applications for accounts are ready to be accepted.

Developers who want accounts must agree to the click through license.
